Deck Family Farm offers several ways to order our products. These options are customized to suit a range of needs:

1. Retail (Online Order Form)
   Order individual cuts of meats at retail prices for delivery or farm-pickup.

2. Bulk Orders
   Order $375 or more of retail products at one time and receive a 20% discount.

3. CSA (Community Supported Agriculture)
   Support our farm and receive two 25 pound boxes of grassfed beef, lamb, pork, and/or chicken for $360.

4. Sides
   Save 40% or more off of retail prices by buying sides. Animals are slaughtered onsite.

5. Mixed Pasture Boxes
   Conveniently packaged mixed meat boxes perfect for sampling our product, gifts, or shipping.

Retail

Please see our online order form to fill out a retail order. You may also view a hardcopy pricelist (PDF) and call or mail your order to us. We verify all orders with you before filling them. Retail orders can be picked up on the farm or delivered. After you make your selections, we will bill you for the total. You may pay by check or if you wish to pay by credit card you can send you a Google Email Invoice.

Bulk Orders

Order $375 or more from our online order form and you will receive a 20% discount (for example, a $375 order will cost you $300).

Side-CSA (Community Supported Agriculture)

Subscribe to our CSA using Google Checkout. This will charge $360 to your credit card and will automatically enroll you in our CSA.

Support our farm with a CSA membership, and get 35-40% off our retail prices! For $360 you get two 25 lb boxes which contain one whole chicken and a mix of beef, pork, and lamb cuts. We'll give you one box to start with, and the other box whenever you are ready for it. Each box takes up about the same amount of freezer space as a large paper grocery bag. The idea is that it's like buying a side of meat, but in a much more manageable quantity, and you get to sample all of our meats. The cuts you get are representative of what's found on the whole animal. We welcome CSA members to visit our farm as often as you like. Please let us know of any special diet requests that you have.

We will deliver each box for free (in Eugene or Corvallis, or at the Hollywood or Portland Farmers Markets in Portland) for a minimum 20 lb order. We can also ship boxes via UPS to Washington, Oregon, or California.

Sides

We sell sides of pork, beef, lamb, & goat. This is the most inexpensive method of buying meat from us as you save 40% or more off of retail prices. Animals are slaughtered on our farm and processed at a State Approved facility nearby where you pick up your product. Price is $3.50/lb hanging weight for hogs (1/2 or whole), $3.25/lb hanging weight for beef (1/4, 1/2, or whole), and $4/lb hanging weight for lamb and goat (whole only). You pay the cut & wrap charges at the butcher. Reserving any side requires a $200 deposit, which you pay by mailing a check or money order to "Deck Family Farm".

We hand-select a range of cuts for our mixed pastured meat boxes, giving you a sample of all we have to offer. Free UPS delivery (usually 2 days) on mixed boxes to Or, Wa, or Ca.! Picking up at a Farm Drop Site or Farmers Market includes a 10% discount.

Shipping

Our shipping is via UPS ground to Northern California (north of Monterey), Oregon, and Washington State. We also ship outside this area or via air for an additional charge. Boxes are shipped Monday or Tuesday of the week following the order and will arrive frozen within two days. See our Frequently Asked Questions list concerning ordering and shipping meat.

Frequently Asked Questions Concerning Ordering and Shipping

How does the meat stay frozen? We use cold packs and/or dry ice and insulated shipping containers.

What do I do with the insulated shipping box? If you do not have a way to recycle or use the insulated shipping box, let us know, and we will generate a return shipping label (no cost to you) so we can use the box again. Local CSA customers that get delivery please leave your latest empty box at your designated pick-up spot and we will re-use the box.
