What can you do with ground pork? I like to make stir fry this time of year with all the fresh vegetables flying out of our gardens. Or how about a traditional Italian bolognese with pork or a blend of pork and beef? Or tacos after you season the meat with cumin, salt, chili powder and marjoram?
But here's a different idea: a delicious Korean noodle stir fry called Japchae. This dish uses soft and chewy "glass" noodles made from sweet potatoes with a simple sauce and various vegetables. It is good with any type of protein, but my favorite is pork. Pick up our delicious shiitake mushrooms as well.
